Team z is very reputable and they make awesome stuff. Price is spot on as well.

They have both drag style and auto x styles. The auto x style is gusseted and reinforced pretty well.

I’ve also been working on the motor and finishing up getting everything for my fuel system. I had TKM Performance do my machine work. They did a bore/hone 0.020” over, square deck, align honed the mains, balanced the rotating assembly, and jet-washed/de-burred the block. I brought it all back to the shop and assembled it. Here’s a rundown on the bottom end of the motor:

-‘96 Romeo block 0.020” over
-Cobra forged crank
-Manley Cobra Rods with ARP2000 rod bolts
-Wiseco -16cc dish pistons
-0.200” tool steel wrist pins
-King rod and main bearings
-ARP main studs and side bolts

Alright...figured I would update this build thread with a photo dump and the cliff notes of what all has been done. If you have any questions about anything, let me know. Heres essentially a list of whats been done since the last update.

-Installed MHS Stage 2 ported heads, Todd Warren cams, PAC valve springs
-Degreed the cams (filed the keyways)
-Installed 26 spline input shaft in my T45 Source built T45
-Rebuilt the Vortech V2 E-trim
-8 Rib upgrade accessory drive
-Installed motor/trans in the car with an MM k-member
-Battery relocation in the trunk, 1 AWG wire, Taylor battery box
-Full Fore Innovations fuel system
-Motion Raceworks catch can
-Treadstone TR1045 intercooler
-Treadstone 3" piping (currently being welded)

I’m not a fan of blue but wow that color is killer! Love the build! Digging the shaved valve covers! Question? What fittings are those in the pcv ports, and did you just run them over from one another or do you have a catch can?
