Glove box light

Long time no see. Ive been busy, been driving the vic and not really doing much to my cars so I took a hiatus. Now Im back and Im digging back into my stangs. Im adding ambient lighting to both and have a few questions. Im pretty much squared away with my 07 gt but I wanted to know which wire goes to the dome light in my 02 gt? Also Ive heard that the 94-97s had glove box lights, is that true? Anyone have a pic of the light brachet and where the switch is mounted? Pics would be much appreciated thanks guys.

The 1994 thru 1996 Mustangs had a glove box lamp, as well as an under-hood lamp. Then in 1997 Ford (I assume as a cost cutting measure) took both of them away.

Thats what Ive read too. I was at the junkyard recently but couldnt get to any of the glove boxes because of the interior... Anyone have any pics? A google search came up with nothing on the sn95.

So the third pic my finger is touching the on/off switch, there is a lever built into the latch that activates it. First pic is the release lever on the door, the bulb goes in onthe right side

I havent had time to get to the junkyard lately and everything Ive found on ebay was priced ridiculously. Once I get one and install it Ill post pics. In the meantime Ive been rewiring a set of headlight sockets because they were cut by the po and installing a set of projector headlights and led fogs with clear housings. The wiring is a pain because its like my car has different wiring colors than others lol and one headlight was defective from the first set.

I discovered the harness had been unplugged on my 1995 GT convertible. Plugged it in, and now I know why - bulb won't turn off. Is the switch/latch adjustible? My glovebox lid does not close up tightly, either.
