Snapped this shot of my car after leavin class. The S281 wing looks amazing, but the 2.5'' tailpipes look blah to me now. I'm thinking some 22' long 3.5'' outlet tips like Ferocious has on his stang would look really good. Can't decide if I should get them or not. I know i made a thread on tips before but, I'm about to buy some and want peoples inputs. I'm going for a big, beefy, aggressive look. The S281, bullitts, add the chin I have to put on. All look beefy to me. Now the rear needs bigger tips imo.

I love my small tailpipes. Big tailpipes look too ricey and "look at me" IMO. The only other tip that looks good to me is the Mac 3" rolled tip, but we all know how terrible Mac exhaust fits lol.

22' long!!! WOW!

;)

i kid. i kid.

seriously, they do look rather small now.

LMFAO! That was a good one lol. Yeah they do, my dads gonna think im nuts for wanting to change em. The wing makes them look way smaller than 2.5''.

I liked mine too. Until I put the S281 on lol. Now they look tiny. With the wing off they look huge lol, stock wing just right, new wing damn those look small! I like the beefy look of some nice exhaust tips, I'd like a nice set of SS 3'' or 3.5'' rolled tips. My mac pro dumps fit fine, I can't say for their catbacks haha.

Here's the 3 inch Mac exhaust I used to have. The tips were noticeable, but not over the top. I just wish that exhaust fit good. It sounded pretty good too, but fitment was terrible.

Thanks for the pic. They look nice and simple. I want something thats gonna grab your attention lol. If I had the stock wing still on I'd look into those MAC tips like your catback had. MAC sounds so awesome, that sucks they don't fit too great lol.

I say go for it, even the 3" Bassani looked a little small to me after a while. Nothing wrong with having big pipes, adds to the aggressive look.

Thinking of these. 22'' long, 3.5'' outlet. 2.25'' inlet. I think these would really make the rear pop and complete the rear of the car.

those have rolled tips, too. which add to the "appearance" from the rear. much prefer slant-cut rolled.

Here are the bassani 3".... Having some issues since the bassani catback piping was huge and the nt05 315 are huge.... Having the hammer in the pipes to get the tires to fit without rubbing.

I have the 3.5" rare slash cut tips before they started making the rolled tips from mac, they flow very nice with the car do not look ricey. Only time it does look ricey if they the tips are to long and extends past the rear valence of the bumper.

That's completely different Chris since the 99-04 had cutouts in the bumper... It looks great but ours never did.....

Hmm 3.5" is the right size. Its hard to figure out whether to do rolled or slashed. I love slashed tips. But those rolled ones look nice as well.

slashed is the way to go on the 94-98 because it keeps the old muscle car look since our rear bumper is exposed. The rolled tips look better on 99-04 since the rear bumper has cut outs.

I took this pic because I was amazed at how much that tiny hill in my driveway can make my car look so twisted but it shows the tip none the less
