Swapping a new edge rear end in a 1994
Hey guys, I want to swap my rear end (1994 v6) for a 8.8. I can find a bunch of used on marketplace but they're mostly new edge ones. From what I gathered it is a direct swap except that the 99+ rear ends are 1.5" wider. Would this cause any issues? Is it still possible to swap it in or would it...- Alex_the_trex

I am getting ready to rebuild the rear end on my 94GT. I am upgrading to 3.55 gears and replacing the bearing seals etc. At what HP point is it smart to move up to 31 spline Axles? I have a 31 spline differential from a 97 Cobra, so the cost would be buying the axles and I assume I would...- Flade
