It seems they think it is a Windsor and the few facts they give such as 8 bolt crank support this and the heads do have the PI stamped on them. Since the block has a hole in it I suspect anything to do with the rotating assembly is bad but the price still makes this worthwhile considering I can scrap the block for 5 cents a pound, any aluminum bits would go higher.What differences and I looking at here considering I would have everything from the block up. What about the cams, I understand Windsor is press on vs Romeo's bolt on. What is the degree procedure for those if anything is different? Any difference in chambers on the Windsor vs Romeo PI heads?
