For what I do, I chose the 4v mach 1 for drag racing purposes, imo, the engine has more potential than a 3v and it has the SRA which the cobra lacked. IF I could have afforded it (I was $100/mth away from it) I would have gotten a new 5.0L, but I like to mod my cars, and boom goes warranty and I wouldn't be able to mod it due to the large payment. For a daily driver, I'd MUCH rather have a 2011+ 5.0L over a termy anyday. I love them, but those new cars are great, drive soooo nice, and have plenty of power. Again, I could have bought our last 2010 GT at work at a STEAL of a price, but again, there's that car payment. I'm also 19, which makes a difference. IMO, go with the newer one, If I buy another stang, it's either going to be a 69-73 or a S197.</p></blockquote><p></p>
