A stuck thermostat can cause the car to overheat. You list the following mods "billet u/d pullies, mishimoto radiator w/ dual elec fans and 180 thermo." Anyone of these can cause overheating. You also list "milled and port matched heads" Did it start overheating after you pulled the heads?? If yes, you may have installed one of the head gaskets backwards. If you want the highest reliability, return everything to stock.</blockquote>
