[QUOTE="Paul, post: 725354, member: 9404"] I've had a 418, which is now a 422 - with the only difference being a .030" overbore vs .040" I wouldn't go carbureted, but that's my own personal bias. I think big Windsors make great naturally aspirated, reliable streetcar motors. I can't give much advice on carbureted combinations, since I have little experience with them. My 422 runs an unnecessarily strong and expensive rotating assembly, high-priced and unnecessary rings, bearings, and gaskets, and a huge set of badass heads. I got my cam and valvetrain stuff from Ed Curtis, and topped it off with a TFS-R injected intake, 90mm throttle body, and 36# injectors. However, I never got numbers from it, and it sits in my garage now since I've sold the car. Wanna buy it? :tongue3: Paul.
