I started with your standard BBK style CAI and cut it an inch from the mass air flange. I wanted to relocate my mass air to the fenderwell aka JLT style. I purchased a 90 degree 3.5 inch elbow from eBay for 7$ and a 6 inch long 3.5" sleeve from eBay for 8$. My main goal with the mod was to get rid of the nasty elbow in front of the MAF for the best MAF voltage readings. Here are a few pics of the setup! It's very easy to do yourself! And it will make more power than a "fenderwell elbow" CAI intake!
