They were introduced on the 99 Mustang and a vast improvement over your stock Non-PI intake. There's a write up as one of the stickys in this form that will give you lots of info on this. Besides the intake giving you some added power the later ones have an aluminum cross over that reduces the chances of a cracked water passage. You still have to deal with the rear (heater nipples), that's where mine cracked.</p></blockquote><p></p>
