Mine didn't, it had a regulator that was welded as part of the passenger side fuel rail and could not be removed. I had to replace my stock rails with one's from a 96 so I could install an adjustable regulator. Some 98's have them, some don't. I have yet to park next to another 98 and have everything be 100% the same. The oil fill is another thing that is constantly different. Mine is on the drivers side and sometimes it's on the passenger side. ..damn FMC</p></blockquote><p></p>
