Pretty lame, but we will be going after damages, and while I'm not the type of guy who thinks I should get a powerball type settlement from this, I do feel I am entitled to something. I have missed a fair amount of work so far, due to not being able sit in the chair for all that long. Thank god I don't do any heavy lifting anymore. I'm mainly concerned about the medical, I'm at about 60-65% right now.The main thing I try to bear in mind is that it WAS and accident.
