To answer all the QUESTIONS if its PRIMER NO lol it looks primer but it is a FINISH Hotrods use it and its called BLITZ BLACK by John Deer (TRACTOR PAINT) Everyone is always like you rattle can it ( NO ) is it primer ( Not Really ) Its the best looking stuff i could find without using actual primer. The Blitz Black is like 28 bucks a can and the thinner is like 7 Best Bang for your Buck!!!!!!! I have about 120 dollars in the paint job for material paint gun etc.....
