[QUOTE="krazyrabbit, post: 1181000, member: 18143"] The guy who owned my '96 GT before me must have spay painted some of the interior parts and not done proper prep work first. The paint is scraping and rubbing off the driver's side air bag and the door panel inserts. How do I remove this paint? Some of it comes off with my finger nail, but some is stuck on pretty well. I really don't want to buy a new air bag and the steering wheel I bought to replace this saddle is charcoal black, so I'd like to get rid of the peanut butter color anyway. I tried using packing tape, as someone suggested, but that didn't work. Also tried heating it up with a hair dryer - nope.
