So after spending $200 on a 7 qt. oil pan+ pickup from Proform, i was really pissed off. :angry4: 1st problem: Pickup flange is crooked. Had to bed pickup tube to sit flush on oil pump. 2nd problem: Proform decided to weld the pickup tube mount on the wrong main cap. Had to weld a new stud onto the correct main cap bolt. 3rd problem: Pickup tube does not clear pan by 1"!!! I had to carefully bend the pickup mounting bracket down 1 1/4" to gain clearance for pan. 4th problem: Proform decided to put the front drain on the back side of the dip in the pan, thus every time you change your oil, you have oil spilling all over your rack & pinion and k-member. great idea!!!! had to re-weld the drain plug. I swear, if i have a leak, or any other problem im going to flip. :tard: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PRO-68050/
