Who's bashing? I'm not bashing homey...to each his own. I don't like just the jmod kit by itself....I think I came across the wrong way. The jmod kit drills and enlarges the holes in the seperator plate and basically that is it. There is more in depth work with Karl Baumann (becontrols.com) and his kit. He has years of practice and research on nothing but the 4R100E/E4OD/AOD/AODE/4R70W. The trans-go and B&M kits actually increase heat which we know is the LAST thing you want for an auto. The Baumann kits are so radically different then the transgo/B&M etc. It is basically a jmod with more to it. The Baumann kit comes with all the drill bits to increase the flow like the jmod but it also comes with a shim kit and spacers for the accumulators 1-2 with an additional spring for it. You also get spacers for the 2-3 capacity modulator and 2 springs for the main pressure regulator. Sh1t...they even send you a new factory lower 1-2 Accumulator spring because the stock one goes bad a lot. It also has better line pressure control for the clutches and bands. It also helps the 3-4 synchronous from binding which is REALLY common in AODE's. The Baumann kit also has a torque compensation lets the hydraulics to be tuned to the engine's torque characteristics. I guess the best way to explain it, is it is a jmod plus..lol
