Message: <blockquote data-quote="modo" data-source="post: 621309" data-attributes="member: 11716">you have a willing donor car so it should be straight forward. the non obvious piece you will need was already mentioned (neutral safety / reverse light harness)... it is different on auto / manual cars. there are a couple of harness jumpers that are in the auto car so you will have to move them too. on the foxy body there are two. one for the nss at the clutch pedal and the other at the gas pedal for the cruise control. it might be different on the sn cars but im not sure. the hardest / time consuming part of the swap is going to be getting the pedal assembly out. finding another pedal assembly for the 5 speed would save you a lot of time. its only one car you need to rip the dash apart on. for the current 5 speed car that is going to be a auto just take a 18mm box wrench to the nut that holds the clutch pedal on and take it off. .02</blockquote>
