I love my Race Glaze sheepskin wash mitt, but I'm tired of replacing it every 3 months when it falls apart., They aren't cheap either with shipping from the UK.

This time I want to go synthetic, hoping to get a more durable mitt. Like the sheepskin though, it has to be ultra gentle on paint, dense, and not cause any swirls.

Suggestions? Some sort of MF mitt I assume?

For what it's worth I use this http://www.autogeek.net/boar-s-hair.html and natural sea sponges. The Montana brush is expensive but is split at the ends and with a couple minutes soaking before you wash it's super soft and last for years I'm on my second brush In like 8 years.

Since my car has completely fresh paint I am starting to get the feeling I am going to need something a little more gentle. So I am subscribed now

I've used the microfiber wash mitts that I carry for years and have had no problems with them. Actually, I've never noticed a difference between mine and the more expensive ones. You can't go wrong with a good quality microfiber wash mitt.
