If I Advance the timing more, i get awesome power above 3,500 rpm, all the way to 6K. It will smack me back in the seat and take off, but it will also spark knock like hell that advanced and hardly starts at all when it's hot.Any ideas here??? I've also noticed car is running hot. Distributor is brand new from auto zone, OEM Spec. Coil looks factory and old. plugs are so-so in it right now.is it possible my cam to crank timing might be off by like 1 tooth?Somebody help!
