Message: <blockquote data-quote="g36 monkey" data-source="post: 1140100" data-attributes="member: 10997">Alright son.Personally, I wouldn't waste time just throwing a cam in the car without supporting mods (heads/intakes)  Basically, you take off all the stuff on the front of the motor, timing chain cover, etc.  Relieve tension on the timing chain (good time to change it) pull intakes off.I forgot whether or not you have to drag the lifters out to change the cam, but I do believe so.Could you handle it?  Probably, but why so much work for menial gains.  Without a full build or boost, the V6 doesn't respond well to much haha</blockquote>
