There are a lot of parameters that can be tweaked for cams but your tuner will focus on the 'dashpot' function and the 'dashpot decay rate'. If this is the only issue you have, then a good tuner will be able to get you fixed up pretty quickly. What your tuner needs is a decent datalog of the problem. So, if you can hook up your XCal to the old laptop and collect data when the car stumbles at idle, your tuner should be able to nail the tune. If no data is available, it may take a couple of e-mails back and forth to get it just right. Or, you can just get Advantage from SCT and sort it out yourself. I have to say that Advantage can be addicting and a whole pile of fun because you can get your car to run exactly as you like it (for better or worse, lol). HTH, Chris  :xmassign:</blockquote>
