Message: <blockquote data-quote="boostedGT" data-source="post: 509671" data-attributes="member: 11114">Well todayt it started to run decent then act up again. i went up a steep hill to my buddy's and it wasnt full power. got to his house and it had a very tiny bit of smoke coming from the dipstick. coem to find out the dipstick has to big holes in it. going to jb weld them until my new one i ordered gets here. second issue arose when i found oil along the bottom of the passenger valve cover above the header and a little oil on top of the tranny. then i also found 2 little puddles of oil right by the distributor. so i have no idea. i have a small air filter on on valve cover where the pcv hose goes and another air filter on the pcv valve instead of having the hose ran. this was per suggestions from procharger cause of all the boost in the intake from the SC. so i dont know if i clean it all up and go from there or start taking crap apart. so im going to work on the new brakes and suspension until my other buddy is free to take a look at it. like i said im new to the V8 world again. its been since 2001 i had a V8 so i have to get back into the swing of things. i just hope its minor and not having to take crap apart. on a good note my cobra r hood bumper and saleen spoiler get painted this weekend and will be ready next week to put on. well ill be posting pics of the all the progress on my myspace. <a href="http://www.myspace.com/boostedgtr1" target="_blank">www.myspace.com/boostedgtr1</a></blockquote>
