Taking a 94-96 block.  RHS  200’s really nice head that reasonable.  Scat 9000 crank  h beams, 2618 forged pistons.   Cam in the range of 230-240 @ .050. @ 110LC .550/575 lift. Good intake.   Will get ya right around 400-450 hP.  If ya go a 351w swap.  The exact same parts in a 393 swap will put you at or over the 500hp   There are companies out there that sell long block within this price range.   You’ll need the 351W lower.  Can use the 302 timing cover, mounts, accessories, recommend getting engine balanced new harmonic balancer, and flexplate/flywheel.  If your in the PNW.
