It took me 5 separate phone calls to get a hold of someone that could/would even talk about a return. The phone number Steve supplied me was disconnected when I tried to call.The rep was a douche, plain and simple. I explained the issues I was having and asked for another set of lights in exchange, he said they were cheap and imported and they would all fit like that. I tried to order some other parts while I was on the phone w/ him and he didn't want to take an order and all he wanted to do was issue an RMA and tell me i was responsible for return shipping by USPS only and I had to return them in the original packaging which was HUGE for 2 f*cking lights. They do not reimburse for return shipping so i'd end up getting about $40 back for them. I decided that for $40 I could go around and tell everyone how shitty i feel about receiving crap from a company then being told that they KNOW they are selling crap.</blockquote>
