Replaced the repop with the NOS one and the window sealed right up to it without making any more adjustments.  The NOS weatherstripping was longer fatter and sturdier that the reprodcution one. I t also fit into the channel better and married up to the conjoining pieces on either side.[ATTACH=full]49412[/ATTACH]You can kinda see ( sorry for not great photos) how now there is a lip that the window seals against. I water tested this and now I have no leaks.I still have some final tweaks on my windows to get them just perfect but the solution to my problem was to find a set of ford ones lol. |</blockquote>
