My wife is settling on a few houses(shes a realtor) and ive got a big outage coming up that i hope to clear close to 10k from. Every time i think im going to make a move something else comes up lol. My youngest is starting school this year and while that opens my wifes schedule a little my tuition bill goes up lol. $1600-1700 a month wipes me out.
