Original owner was a retired Air Force Lt. Commander. 2nd guy was a soda vending machine owner too busy to drive it. Garage kept.  It had an antiquated PowerDyne (?) 6lb SC and a very tired block according to the engine rebuilder I eventually took it to. SC generated so much heat it basically killed whatever hp it was generating, so that’s why I opted to stroke the motor via a Scat 347 rotating assembly, 303 cam, AFR 165 heads and Ccel 24lb injectors. Then of course had it dyno’d and tuned.I thought it best to upgrade the undercarriage and suspension next. So, had a set of full-length subframe connectors (bolt-in that were later welded in), MM front & rear suspension including caster/camber plates, rear strut bar, Bilstein B6 shocks all around, front & rear sway bars, torque arm, Panhard bar and adjustable Sport series LCA’s.Went through 2 sets of tires/wheels from LMR: offsets with 315 rears and then same size x4. Stuck with the latter (275’s).Broke one transmission, so upgraded to the Tremec TKX; have replaced the fuel tank, cover, sending unit, filter, etc. ; cosmetically had the front bumper resprayed, added an air dam and deflector; different rear spoiler; headlights, upgraded bulbs all around.Other mechanical includes: new radiator; hoses; belts, pulley,alternator; starter; water pump/water neck/thermostat.Then there’s the interior: ditched the power drivers seat for a Sparco GT both sides with seat extensions; rear seat delete; double din head unit, Kicker speakers; new steering column; added water temp and oil temp gauges in new gauge pod; and new driver side window motor; short throw shifter with Hurst white cue ball style knob.Also did a Flow Master cat-back exhaust system with Series 45 mufflers for just a bit of rumble <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite1" alt=":)" title="Smile    :)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":)" /> I’m sure there’s more tid bits here and there that I don’t recall off the top of my head right now, but I think that’s a pretty good start.
