If I remember correctly, at least for T5's, you use Dextron V(maybe higher?) Automatic Transmission fluid. I personally used Royal Purple SynchroMax/Mesh or whatever it's called though.I'd suggest getting a syringe and some tubing for putting the fluid in the transmission. The fill hole is kind of high up with little room, and you won't be able to fit bottles or anything up there. A clear tube fit over the end of a big syringe will be the easiest way to put the fluid in unless you already have your shifter off.</blockquote>
