(the port under your dash isn't active on 94/95's GT's so don't try to read them there).The pulsing from the brakes is probably from warped rotors so get them turned and replace the pads.The shakey engine could be a bad harmonic balancer. (you can see it wobbling while at idle, or can be seen from under the car as a bit of rubber squeezing out of the back). If it is wobbling STOP driving it till you get it fixed. It could cause a lot of damage if you continue to drive it.</blockquote>
