Not requiring an inspection, is like saying they dont care if your blinkers, horn, or any safety features on your car work, if your tires are safe to drive on, and all the other stuff they would look for.I like how Jersey does it... they require them, but only once every other year, as opposed to every year. its still done within a reasonable time-frame, but not EVERY year.</blockquote>
