BUT, they also realize that their biggest market for the car is the people who buy the v6 (and a percentage of the GT's) as daily drivers, and most of the people that buy cars for that reason, are under the mindset that they want a fun car like a Mustang, but still want to have the newer features in a lot of the newer cars for driving the car every day.its really a catch-22. if you remove all that stuff and make the car lighter and cheaper, you're going to appeal to the majority of the mustang enthusiasts. if you leave it the way it is and continue to make the car heavier and filled with more "luxury" items, theyre going to appeal more to the majority of the people who buy the cars new, that want the car as a daily driver, who dont have much interest in the car past the fact that its a brand new Mustang.i think what most causal and even die-hard mustang enthusiasts dont realize, is that probably at least 75% of the people that buy a brand new mustang, either dont and never will have an interest in them past being a Mustang, and a "neat fun car". And the people that do, usually dont take an interest in Mustangs until after they have bought their brand new one.And, as long as those are the people that are going to be the majority of those who buy the cars brand new, they are the ones who are going to control the market for how the car is designed, and what it is equipped with.</blockquote>
