I did this to my 95gt vert when I switched it from and auto to t-5. Below is the only part you will need to buy. There is a difference in the length of the sn95 bellhousing and input shaft compared to the foxbody bellhousing and input shaft. You need this spacer to take up the difference. I didn't use this one, as I had one machined myself. I had to get the car back on the road quick so I never had time to verify if the space was a necessity or not. I almost remember that it might be ok without it but I used it to be safe. Also, you will need to make an adaptor plate for the trans mount to mount to the crossmember. Basically, take a small piece of metal stock and drill 4 holes. Bolt one end to the trans and the other to the trans mount. It's a lot of typing but literally took like 10 minutes to make, if that. I ran this for a long time and had zero issues. Don't tear down the trans just to swap input shafts(more time and more money) IMO. Also, once the swap is done you can find foxbody transmissions cheap if something happens to that one. Good luck with the swap.
