The transmission feels new shifts are firm and easy to shift and has a pro 5.0 short throw shifter with a cobra clutch. has 3.55 rear gears and eibach springs. BBK shorties with BBk o/r x-pipe and some crazy mufflers that dump.The issue I am have has me dumb founded cause i dont wanna waste money on a part if it does need to be replace. As the car is idleing im watching the fuel pressure gauge and its at 47 psi....then it drops down to 28 and picks back up. its not constent and its not in a timely manner. one second its fine two min later it drops. I put my ear to the gas tank and i can hear the fuel pump cutting off and on. As it comes back on i can hear the whine pick up slow but goes to the point of optium operation. But then cuts off and back on. I did the paper clip trick to find the codes for the car cause the check engine light is on and i got EGR and smog pump. Off course both are disconnected or not there. I need to know if this is the fuel pump soon to go completely out or is it something else i need to look at.Thanks for all the help and Im glad i found a forum site for these mustangs i love the most.Project MongooseJohn</blockquote>
