that's not too bad. something with that high of miles i would assume was just a driver, and didn't do too much racing or anything. If the history checks out on it as good and no accidents, i wouldnt hesitate in buying it.

Yeah that is what I was thinking as well. I checked the VIN and there are some records but the dealership should have em. But I just wanna get into a cobra :)

One thing about these 4.6 engines is mile don't scare me. I've torn down a few and they wear excellent so no reason you can't get another 100k out of it before thinking of a rebuild as long as it was taken care of.
Has the 98 Cobra wheels on it too.

Worth a peek and offer like 4k then you'll have an extra 1,000 for tune up etc.

I agree with all of the above.

I think you should start low and come together at $4k tops... The car looks nice enough. Make sure you drive it and check it over well before committing.

That being said, I concur with Bob. High miles on modular motors don't really scare me.. I've had a few mustangs, one with 140k and it ran like a top.

It is a wholesaler so good luck getting them on a Monday. This is the day they are at the big dealerships buying the Saturday trades.
