When I get the new front I'll have it painted at the same time. I need to make a gasket out of rubber about 1/8'' thick though. My mounting hardware is apparently different than the 94-95s that the wing was on previously, so I have to either counter-sick the bolts (don't feel like doing, still no gurantees of being water-tight) or make a gasket.
