They have a .600 lift dual spring and a 3/4†thick head deck makes them ideal for nitrous or a blower.</p><p></p><p>The Trick Flow Twisted Wedge heads are decent and do make power. The big deal on the twisted wedges is they have a canted valve, which allows them to run a 2.02 intake valve which everyone loves but, the canted valve is not the greatest angle because it is known to tear up the guides. In the end, you'll end up making more power with the AFR's..</p><p></p><p><strong>Camshaft:</strong> I'd really suggest talking with one of the custom cam grinders though, they can really work wonders allowing you to still pass emissions and make great power. The 3 companies that make great stuff are Ed Curtis @ Flowtech Induction, Jay Allen @ Camshaft Innovations, and Bennett Racing also make excellent profiles. You will be looking at spending about $300 for a custom cam profile.</p><p></p><p><strong>Pushrods:</strong> Your going to want to measure with an adjustable pushrod. Make sure it is hardened, preferably without a welded on tip. Welded on tip pushrods are NOT bad but have been known to break off in the past. One solid pushrod is better. TFS, Comp Cams, Crane all make great pushrods.</p><p></p><p><strong>Rocker arms:</strong> I would suggest a stud mount rocker set. There are many companies out there that make great rocker arms. Crane is one of them. All of the Ford Racing rocker arms are made by Crane. If your willing to spend a little more coin on rocker arms, the Crane gold series rockers are superior pieces. Comp cams also makes great arms. As far as what ratio to go with, that will have to be suggested by your cam designer.</p><p></p><p><strong>Lifters:</strong> You can use a stock replacement set from Ford Racing.
