So I borrowed my friends ccrm just now to try just incase mine was in someway bad. I put it on and then put new fuses in and it did not blow them, however I went to crank it over and still no fuel pump sound and it just cranks. So I put my ccrm back and tried cranking it and now it did not blow out my fuse, I cranked it several times and it did not blow the fuse once. So by this point I just went back to check lighting everything, now this is where it got interesting.Son on the lower intake on the passenger side we have those black metal tubes that run along the side of it the one has a tube going from the water pump I believe it is for the heater or something and the other mounts to the front of the lower intake and has that threaded fitting that has a connector with two wires going into it I think this one is for the fan or is a temp sensor? Anyways I unplugged that sensor to test it and when I did I could hear a clicking type noise coming from what sounded like the ccrm so I thought that was weird I then notice a small open spot in the insulation on each wire they were very small cuts but you can see bare wire so as I was fiddling with these wires I suddenly heard a pop and sure enough my eec fuse blew once again, so now I am going to tape up those small cuts in the insulation and go by yet another fuse tomorrow, and hopefully that will fix that but I still do not know why my pump is not priming and my car just cranks.
