I had someone change rockers arms about a month ago using the same 1.7 rockers. Anyway car idle and surging was happening after change rockers. After driving to and from work today I decided maybe I needed to reset ecu. Well disconnected negative cable for maybe 30 mins. While waiting I notice the guy had hooked up egr hose and wires wrong, corrected that and tried to start car it turns over, but that's it. Apparently I did something wrong trying to reset ecu.
