I noticed with the IAC disconnected, the RPM's drop. with IAC it's at 800-850 Without it's 700. Adjusted it to 750, and even with the iac unplugged there's still a miss and slight fluctuation. After I finished the procedure idle hang is mire apparent but it was the same way before. whenever I wipe the ECU clean of the code being thrown from no cats it idles erratically. When the CEL comes back on it smoothens out.
