[QUOTE="Nacho98, post: 1008464, member: 15363"] I think non-car people just think pre-'94 Mustangs (sans classics) are just old boxy '80s junk, and probably have absolutely no idea how we could find a Fox to look aggressive/mean/sexy. In fact, most of those people probably wouldn't even believe that a Fox is actually a Mustang. Up here I virtually never see any SN95 GTs, and when I do they are in pretty rough shape. I see lots of ratted out New Edge cars, but as usual 99% of the Mustangs I see on the road are just base V6 models (no offense to those here who have pretty nice ones) which I don't even turn to look at. I very rarely get any props or looks from anyone in a Mustang, be it a New Edge or S197. The '05-'09 guys remind me a lot of the fourth gen Camaro guys; they were always way too cool to look at the thirdgen Camaro guys since they thought their shit didn't stink, now that the 5th gen is out that wipes its ass with fourth gens, the fourth gens are now the odd shitbox out...nice motor but not nice enough compared to what's out today, surrounded by pure GM garbage with the gaudiest interior and horrible plastic styling that never once looked like a Camaro. At least the thirds have timeless styling to make up for the lack of performance. The '05'-'09 Mustang guys are finding themselves in that boat now; they were too cool for the SN guys, but now their '05-'09 looks like ass compared to the 2010+, and the motor is a boat anchor compared to the 5.0. As history goes on, the '05-'09 Mustang will be just as forgotten as the SN, if not probably more so since there's very little reason to want an '05-'09 over an '11+. At least with an aero SN or New Edge, there were never really big design changes within each sub body style, so people either want one from any of the years, or they don't...few people will say, "Ewww, I don't want an '02 GT, it has to be an '03+."
