Message: <blockquote data-quote="reivaxtorres" data-source="post: 229927" data-attributes="member: 8890"><p>ok, cool, just making sure. and no, they didnt start using the aluminum crossover until the later years, after 98 i think. they did produce a revised NPI manifold with the aluminum crossover that was used as a recall replacement on 96/97 models. when i bought my car, the guy told me that he had already had to have it replaced from ford because the all-plastic one cracked. worked out for me, when i bought the PI intakemanifold, i just swapped over the crossovers (6 bolts on the bottom side) and that meant i could re-use the NPI alternator bracket and i didnt have to tap the crossover for the extra sensor.</p></blockquote><p></p>
