If it's throwing codes for running lean, yet it's running so rich that your eyes water you have an issues with a sensor most likely. The car just "thinks" it's running lean and is trying to compensate. Clean the MAF carefulyl with qtip and brake cleaner. Do the same with the IAT sensor right after it. Pull the negative batt cable. Start the car but don't touch the gas. Let it idle till the fan turns on. after that let it run for two minutes. After two minutes turn on ALL accessories to include A/C on highest setting. Let it idle like that for two minutes then go drive it. This should get you back to a good base idle and hopefully clear up any fuel trim problems. If it has ran rich (which it is from your description) for too long the o2 sensors could be fouled. Try these things then get back to us. It could always be an issue with the mail order tune however as stated previously.</p></blockquote><p></p>
