Im having a issue. When I'm driving it and go wot I hit 4000 RPM and its like hitting a rev limiter, once I hit that 4000 RPM the revs wont go any higher.  Once it does that and I let off the throttle and get back in it, it goes right up to redline. I do have a anderson PMS that I havent put in yet. So theres no tune. But it should run with out a tune according to the kit. I will make a list of what I have.
