I'm kind of liking the "ghost" stripe idea, but trying to picture it pretty heavy, I don't want it to only be seen part at a time with the way the words are cut out of it, so I'm thinking something like a white with a thinned out finish coat that matches the car color, kind of like they do candy paint so it's the same green but more visable.
