I was impressed with their initial performance and quality, but I don't have any long-term experience with them. I do plan to use them on a future autocross project to determine how well they hold up over time. Super-stiff springs can be hard for some shocks & struts to control. I would suggest getting the spring rates for your H&R springs and checking with KYB to make sure they will work well together.</p></blockquote><p></p>
