Even if they find the key in the car it still takes longer to get the lug off because it slows you down lining up the locks. if you loose the lock you can always order a new one.I had a set of them on my old truck and they saved my wheels. The theives took my center caps and tore the truck apart looking for the key, well they tore the truck apart stealing the stereo so it was just that I got lucky w/ them not finding the key, however, it was in there. Nearly $4000 in damage to it and I would have been so much worse off if they had gotten the wheels too.</blockquote>
