The caster bolts are actually support to take the place of CC plates, some people use them and dont need CC plates, some people do need CC plates. It really depends on how you want your setup to be, the bolts are inexpensive compared to CC plates but may not get the job done like the CC plates would.</p></blockquote><p></p>
