Also, the PCM samples the exhaust gasses at a certain time interval after combustion, by relocating the O2s further away, you also throw off this calculation.These two factors combined are where the idle issues likely come from, but in my experience tuning, I have not seen a set be the cause of idling issues. The exhaust pulse delay can be fixed when you get a custom tune.WesP.S. Mac 1 3/4 JetHot coated longtubes on my car - I had 1 5/8 which did pick up some surface rust, but nothing out of the ordinary.
