There are plenty of pi cars that ran 13s stock. With a n/a 96-98 gt I wouldnt shoot for any faster than a mid to low 13 which would only happend with some bolt ons and a pi swap. If you want to go faster your gonna want to look into some sort of power adder.</blockquote>
