The rearend didn't look as fat as it does now. Howevveerrr, theres no real good looking way to do the stripes up front in my opinion. They ended at the end of the hood on mine but they really should have went all the way down, but then they don't look good with the curves of the grill and bumper. I thought about what I wanted to do to make it stand out, and me and the painter came up with the pearl and he threw in the metalflake when he painted the bumpers for the hell of it and I liked it so he went ahead and sprayed the whole car in it. I also had the GT emblems removed which a couple of my family members have given me hell about but I like how clean it looks. The mirrors help that out too.
